Vector Employees,

April 4, 2018 - Vector Corrosion Technologies is pleased to announce the Galvashield® Fusion™ T2 anode system for reinforced concrete was recently awarded 2018 Most Innovative Products (MIP) at the World of Concrete Awards.

Presented annually in conjunction with the World of Concrete in Las Vegas, the MIP Awards program showcases many products exhibited at the show. Winning products are chosen by World of Concrete Attendees, a panel of industry experts and online balloting based on the innovation they bring to the industry.

Galvashield® Fusion™ T2 is an advanced two-stage concrete corrosion mitigation system that combines the power of impressed current cathodic protection with the maintenance-free performance of galvanic anodes in a single anode unit.

After an initial phase of self-generated electrical current passivates concrete reinforcement corrosion, the anode unit automatically switches to galvanic cathodic prevention that shields the structure from future corrosion damage. The Galvashield® Fusion™ T2 anode system protects concrete structures from corrosion for up to 30 years or more.

Galvashield Fusion T2 is the ideal solution for long term, low maintenance preservation of structures suffering from corrosion-induced concrete damage such bridges and parking structures, residential and commercial buildings, piers and wharfs, and industrial facilities.
