CorroZoa

CorroZoa
CorroZoa is a handheld Zero Ohm Ammeter designed for measurements from CorroWatch and CorroRisk corrosion monitoring sensors. The instrument measures corrosion current, potential, and temperature, allowing inspection teams to collect and store field data for condition monitoring and long-term assessment.
CorroZoa can be used for both on-demand measurements during site inspections and programmed data collection. Measurement results are stored in the instrument’s internal memory and transferred via USB for review and analysis.

Features & Benefits
- Compatible with CorroWatch and CorroRisk – one handheld instrument can be used with both monitoring systems.
- Multiple measurement channels – measures corrosion current and potential across up to six channels, along with temperature.
- Programmed data collection – supports scheduled measurements for ongoing corrosion monitoring.
- Built for field use – IP65-rated housing is designed for use in harsh environments.
- Internal data storage – stores up to 1,024 measurements for later review and transfer.
- USB data transfer – measurement results can be transferred to a computer for analysis and recordkeeping.
- Long battery life – approximately 60 hours of operation between charges.
Applications
CorroZoa is used wherever CorroWatch or CorroRisk sensors are installed and field measurements are required.
Typical applications include:
- Periodic inspection of CorroWatch and CorroRisk installations
- Condition monitoring of bridges, parking structures, marine structures, tunnels, and other reinforced concrete assets
- Programmed monitoring of critical infrastructure
- Commissioning and verification of corrosion monitoring installations
- Field data collection for long-term condition assessment

How It Works
CorroZoa connects to CorroWatch or CorroRisk sensors and measures the corrosion current and potential associated with the connected electrodes, along with temperature.
Measurements can be taken manually during site inspections or collected automatically using programmed measurement intervals. Results are stored in the instrument’s internal memory and transferred via USB for review and analysis.
