Vector Corrosion Technologies is pleased to introduce the redesigned Galvashield CC product line. Effective immediately, Galvashield CC65, CC100 and CC135 are being replaced with Galvashield CC2 and CC4. Custom sizes will continue to be available.
For almost 20 years, the original Galvashield CC products have been controlling corrosion in reinforced concrete structures around the world. Our two new versions replace three original shapes so there are less items to stock. The redesigned Galvashield CC anodes are smaller in diameter, so they can be installed into smaller diameter holes and reduce labor requirements for drilling. With the new products, up to 20 anodes can be installed per series (daisy chain) with two connections, instead of the original 10 anodes per chain. Less reinforcement connections and faster hole drilling will reduce the installed cost.
